I am a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly mortgage loan originator with Integrity Mortgage (NMLS# 794419 | DRE#01441803). I have over 35 years of experience specializing in all types of residential lending. I care and take personal ownership on every loan I make regardless of size, time involved or complexity.

Talking Money Isn’t Always Easy…
Let’s face it; most people have had life events that impact their ability to qualify for a loan. I have too, I understand, and I care about you! I listen and am sensitive to the personal events surrounding each loan request and financial past. Besides being an excellent listener, I pride myself in taking the time to educate each and every client about the lending process and what to expect each step of the way.
My goal with each client is to exceed my client’s expectations and to establish trusting life-long relationships.

I will come to you or meet you online at a time and place convenient to you. Need to taIk? I will make myself available 7 days a week via my cell phone, the internet or an in person meeting.
My Family Life
I was born and raised in Sacramento. My wife and I have been married 41 years. We have a son, daughter and wonderful son-in-law, and one beautiful granddaughter. We love lab rescues, currently have 2, a black english lab and a golden american lab.
As a family, we enjoy weekend getaways, bike rides on the American River, dining out at local restaurants, and seeing the latest movie on the big screen. I love golf and the San Francisco Giants. My wife and I enjoy volunteering time in our community through Bayside Church in Granite Bay.
